The Out of the Blue Scholarship Foundation is delighted to announce that Matthew Laliberte earned his private pilot’s ticket on April 18 with John Jenkins of Hampton Flying Services as CFI! He is a student at Oyster River High School and a math and computer science maven. He aspires to become a CFI and professional airline pilot.
