E-Mail List InstructionsThe New Hampshire Pilots Association provides an open Email List Service called New Hampshire Flying to inform our members and friends about new events and to provide a method by which anyone interested can ask questions and share their knowledge. You do not need to be a AANH member to subscribe. In order to subscribe to the New Hampshire Flying, send an e-mail containing the words "subscribe" (without the quotes) in the SUBJECT LINE to nhflying <at> newhampshirepilots <dot> org and you will receive an automated reply with further instructions which must be acknowledged. This ensures that you have a valid e-mail address, and keeps out the riff-raff. SPELLING COUNTS! The immediate automated verification message to you will look something like: From: nhflying@newhampshirepilots.org [mailto:nhflying@newhampshirepilots.org] Sent: Sunday, February 14, 2010 11:23 AM To: yourname@yourisp.com Subject: [nhflying] List Subscription Confirmation [RFVOQ0FOQEFJUkJBU0UxLkNPTQ==] ------------------------------------------------------------------------ Subscription to this list (nhflying@newhampshirepilots.org) requires confirmation. This is to ensure that your request is intentional and authentic. To confirm your subscription you must reply to this message. When you reply, you should ensure that you use the same sender address as that used to submit your subscription request. ie:(yourname@yourisp.com). The reference code for your subscription follows (please do not edit): Code:[RFVOQ0FOQEFJUkJBU0UxLkNPTQ==] Action:[Confirmation] List:[nhflying] ------------------------------------------------------------------------ All you need to do then is hit REPLY to the above message. Then you will received an immediate automated subscription confirmation which will look like: From: nhflying-owner@newhampshirepilots.org [mailto:nhflying-owner@newhampshirepilots.org] Sent: Sunday, February 14, 2010 11:26 AM To: yourname@yourisp.com Subject: [nhflying] List Subscription Notification ------------------------------------------------------------------------ MailEnable: You have been added to the list (nhflying@newhampshirepilots.org). To unsubscribe to this list, please send a message back to the list with 'unsubscribe' as the subject. ------------------------------------------------------------------------ If you are not receiving the above, then you either have misspelled something or else the messages are being blocked by your spam filtering. Check your junk or quarantined mail and applicable settings. The "Blocked E-mail" FAQ at left has some further tips on this. Since there are so many e-mail systems and filters out there, it is best if you try your local service provider or computer guru first. Otherwise contact us with as much information as possible. Once you have subscribed, you simply send and receive messages through nhflying <at> newhampshirepilots <dot> org. The New Hampshire Flying is closed to non-subscribers to reduce the possibility of receiving non-solicited mail. When you receive messages posted to the New Hampshire Flying, clicking your e-mail program "REPLY" button will send a reply to the sender only. However, if you want to let all other subscribers see your reply, then use the "REPLY ALL" button. All message subject lines are prefixed with [MPA] for easy filtering and there will be a footer with disclaimers and reminders. You may unsubscribe to the New Hampshire Flying List Service at any time, by sending an e-mail containing the word "unsubscribe" (without the quotes) in the SUBJECT LINE to nhflying <at> newhampshirepilots <dot> org and you will receive an automated reply with further instructions which must be acknowledged. This ensures that nobody can unsubscribe your address.
